First plan I can recommend is as follows - Three Plates or Two tanks and a Druid. or A druid tank or WHATEVER can survive a hit from Marrowgar. In front of him to share the cleave and in case the Regular Off-tank is spiked. Further. All the healers and DPS are to stand under marrowgar opposite the tanks. This is to move as a group. When he begins to bonestorm run to the first clear spot and dps down the spike. He should make an overlap where it will be safe to stand during the bonestorm. Rinse and repeat.
